Been living here since late July and I can say we are pleased with this place. Allison does a great job at the front office and I can’t tell if she remembers me or is really friendly but either way I feel at home. The location is great we enjoy it the only small annoyance I have is that parking fills up quick by our building. I work late I don’t find spots because people have others over, to be fair we have lived all over Texas and apartments have this issue often. We now have a garage but we are happy with our place quiet neighbors who are professionals and respectful. Amenities are nice and the best part is there’s a bunch of space for dogs. Dog park, dog wash bay, and clean up bags throughout the property. So far it’s great !
This apartments were nice but this new leasing company are horrible. It's dirty, dumpsters, hallway and stairs. Also, when things break down it takes them months to get things fixed. For example, the front gate and the building doors. The pool is most of the time dirty, and the office lack of communication is horrible.
Over the past few weeks management has had carpets shampooed in the hallways and power washed most of the patios. That was great to see. The maintenance team does a good job with responding to work orders in a timely manner. They communicate very well. Make ready needs to be better.

Great apartment community. The staff (office (Bethany & Allison) and maintenance (Robert & can't think of other gentleman's name) are extremely attentive, always seeking to address any questions or issues quickly. They are so professional and have great caring and positive attitudes. The community location is beautiful, safe, quiet, friendly, convenient and has all the amenities desired. For the time I’ve been here, the community has been nothing but great. Uso, one of the workers there, has been great help to my family and I, and is always pleasurable interacting with him. Maintenance is well kept here, and the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. 10/10!
I would like to compliment Rob (Robert). He is THE GREATEST at what he does! Never have I experienced a maintenance worker that takes so much pride in their job and ALWAYS willing to help where they can! Reveal HE NEEDS A RAISE, PERIOD! It doesn’t get any better!
I’m so excited to move here. My partner and I have had the best customer service experience with Becky. When we came to tour, she was the most professional and personable employee we talked to that entire day as we toured other apartments in the Fort Worth area. As soon as the floor plan we wanted became available, she immediately contacted me personally. The complex itself outdid any other luxury apartments we viewed based on its location, views, safety, and serenity—we actually came by twice that day (and Becky generously toured us *twice* since my partner’s sister had wanted to see on the second visit!), and even on a Saturday the place was as peaceful and quiet as could be. While the units are on the pricier side based on their size, I truly think you get what you pay for in amenities, responsiveness, and a resort-style experience.
